Breakfast Smoothie: Lemon and Poppy Seed

New Chapter Complete Organic Plant Protein+: my plant based and vegan clients often ask me how they can boost their skin’s natural collagen production, and one of my key recommendations is to make sure they are getting sufficient amounts of high quality plant based protein in their diets. This will provide the amino acids that are the building blocks of collagen. Lemon: provides a boost of Vitamin C that is an essential co-factor needs for the skin to form new collagen.
