It doesn’t really feel like fall without a few more pumpkin spice recipes, and this Lean & Clean Breakfast Smoothie is the perfect way to to enjoy the flavors of pumpkin pie for breakfast.

Frozen cauliflower gives this smoothie a thick creamy consistency, and I promise you won’t even taste it! The best part is that it is free of added sugars – the vanilla protein powder adds the perfect amount of sweetness – so you don’t have to worry about any blood sugar spikes with this one.
