5 TikTok Trends That Are #JennyApproved

In this article about TikTok trends, we will discuss:

It seems like there is a new trend on TikTok popping up almost everyday, and it can be difficult to figure out which trends are worth the hype and which aren’t.

Which is why I’ve compiled a list of the TikTok trends I actually follow and that are in fact #JennyApproved…

 

1) L-Glutamine

L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid (building block of protein) in the body. Whilst the body makes glutamine on its own and it is found in both animal and plant protein sources, it is a popular supplement amongst fitness influencers as it may aid in weight loss, fat burning and building muscle. There is also science showing it can have a beneficial impact on digestion and gut health, which in turn can improve immunity and skin health. It also may improve sugar cravings if you are struggling to give up sweet treats. It is tasteless and dissolves easily in water, and you can try 1-2 tablespoons in a large glass of water a day.

 

2) Hot Girl Walks

Walking is still a hugely under utilised tool for weight loss, fat burning and boosting your metabolism, and I recommend a 30-60 minutes walk every day as part of my Lean & Clean Weight Loss Program. If you want to take your walks to the next level, I would recommend buying a weighted vest to help burn more calories and build lean muscle mass and bone density. 3) Cycle Syncing

Understanding the best workouts, foods and activities based on your cycle can help to improve symptoms of PMS and optimize your hormonal health, metabolism and even your blood sugar balance. 4) Electrolytes

Electrolytes are essential minerals such as sodium, calcium, and potassium that the body needs to perform many key functions.
