Breakfast Smoothie: Pina Colada

‘If you like Pina Coladas…’ then you’ll love this healthy breakfast smoothie recipe that captures the sweet and fruity vibe of this fun cocktail! 

Pineapple is wonderful for your digestive health as it contains the enzyme bromelain, which aids the breakdown and digestion of proteins. It also has anti-inflammatory properties and is full of fibre.

It is higher in fructose than some of our other fruits, so limit to 1/2 a cup to minimize blood sugar spikes.

Pina Colada Breakfast Smoothie

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
