I’ve lived in the US for 8 years now, but my British roots hold as strong as my love for a great cup of tea. Don’t get me wrong, I now love my morning cup of Joe, but after that I stick with green and herbal teas throughout the rest of the day.

Defense: an antioxidant rich green tea, this blend is perfect for helping to boost your immune system. Echinacea, elderberry and ginger combine to help boost your body’s natural immune defenses, and I love this tea after my morning walk.
Purify: the perfect tea for helping you reset your healthy new year’s resolutions Purify contains green yarba mate that helps boost digestion and detoxification, dandelion and fennel to love on your liver, and antioxidant rich cinnamon. I love the spicy sweetness of this tea and it’s perfect for a mid-afternoon pick me up.
Invigorate: an energizing green tea, I’ve switched out my mid-morning coffee for this boosting blend of matcha, ginseng, beetroot (great for stamina and circulation) and licorice root (perfect for increasing energy and being kind to your adrenals).
Serenity: if I had to pick a favourite from the Tea Forte Wellbeing collection (and believe me, that’s hard) it would be Serenity. A caffeine free blend of relaxing lavender (lavender has been clinically proven to reduce levels of cortisol, your stress hormone), calming and soothing nettle and juniper, and stress relieving spearmint and peppermint I love Serenity after a meal, or just before bed as part of my evening wind down routine.
