Frozen cauliflower gives this smoothie a thick creamy consistency, and I promise you won’t even taste it! The best part is that it is free of added sugars – the vanilla protein powder adds the perfect amount of sweetness – so you don’t have to worry about any blood sugar spikes with this one.

Pumpkin Spice Lean & Clean Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Equip Foods Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 scoop Nutrafol Collagen
- 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 zucchini
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice seasoning
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Optional: pumpkin seeds
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top for an added crunch.
