• Pinch of salt
• 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or cocoa nibs

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, ground flaxseed, protein powder, shredded coconut, and chia seeds. Stir well to mix all dry ingredients evenly.

Add the peanut butter, sugar-free syrup or liquid stevia, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients start to come together.

Gradually add the unsweetened almond milk while mixing, a little at a time, until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency. If the mixture is too dry, add a bit more almond milk.

Once the mixture is well combined and holds together, fold in the dark chocolate chips or cocoa nibs.
