This recipe is literally summer in a bowl – it’s on repeat in my house for a metabolism boosting, blood sugar balancing breakfast that tastes like a tropical treat. I’ve used grass fed greek yoghurt in my recipe, but if you can’t get grass fed choose 0% fat instead as dairy that contains fat from non grass-fed cows can be pro-inflammatory.
Avoiding dairy or on my Lean & Clean 14 Day Kickstart plan? Switch this out for an unsweetened plant based yoghurt such as Forager Project or Lavva.
Ingredients:
- 1 serving Equip Vanilla Prime Protein
- 1 serving Equip collagen
- 1 serving Equip colostrum (omit if you are dairy free)
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango, chopped
- 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/4 zucchini, chopped
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1/4 teaspoon inositol powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
