It contains orange and lemon which are high in vitamin C, a powerhouse antioxidant that supports immune function and skin health, also helping to boost digestive enzymes and promote a healthy gut. Rosemary adds more than just an earthy, aromatic flavor; it contains anti-inflammatory compounds and antioxidants that can improve circulation and enhance focus and memory. To sweeten things up without the sugar crash, I used just a touch of sugar-free maple syrup. It provides the familiar, comforting sweetness we crave but without spiking blood sugar levels.
