Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a heat safe bowl placed in a pot with boiling water.
Once melted, add a spoonful of melted chocolate to each section of the mold, place in the freezer and let harden.
Mix the peanut butter, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and salt in a separate bowl. Once the first layer of chocolate is solid, add a scoop of the peanut butter mixture to each section of the mold then top with another layer of chocolate.
Return to the freezer and let harden before eating.
