Ingredients
- 1/2 cup grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup grated apple
- 1 scoop Equip Vanilla or Strawberry Prime Protein
- 1 scoop Equip Collagen Powder
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon mixed chopped nuts
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 cup plain or vanilla unsweetened Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
Directions
Mix all of ingredients well
Make it in a mason jar and store it in the fridge overnight.
Before serving, top with additional coconut, apple, chopped nuts, or more strawberries if desired.
