Hearty salads are a key part of my Lean and Clean lifestyle, but sometimes even I can’t face a cold bowl of veggies and protein in the winter months! So I whipped up this super easy to make warm chicken salad featuring crunchy toasted walnuts and beautiful pink pomegranate seeds.

• 2 organic chicken breasts
• 1 bottle Primal Kitchen Foods Balsamic Vinaigrette and Marinade
• 1 tablespoon avocado oil
• 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
• 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
• 4 handfuls mixed leafy greens
Substitute the chicken breast for firm tofu in this recipe.
