When you are craving a sweet bite after dinner or between meals, these protein-packed, low carb cheesecake bites from my Lean & Clean Program are wonderful! I like to prep a batch (or two) at the beginning of the week so that I can snack on them throughout the week (and Tim loves them too!).
I used Equip Prime Protein in this recipe as it is made with high quality grass-fed beef protein and no added sugars making it a blood sugar friendly option. Place the almond butter, chopped nuts and seeds and almond flour in a food processor and blend well. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a muffin tray, about ¼ inch thick.
Mix the yogurt and Equip Prime Protein and place this on top of the base, about 1.5 inches thick. Top with berries and place in the freezer to set for a minimum of 2 hours.
