This Peanut Butter and Chocolate Protein Fudge, one of the recipes from my sugar detox diet plan is the perfect combo of salty and sweet, helps you curb cravings, and won’t spike your blood sugar.
Yields 8-10 servings
• 30g vanilla protein powder
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup coconut oil
• 2 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
• 1/4 cup sugar free dark chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup chopped cashews
• Pinch of Himalayan salt
