I currently can’t make enough of this CBD Raw Lemon Cheesecake featuring Beam CBD Oil – not only is it so moreish, but it’s the perfect Mini Meal for days when you need a helping hand with stress relief…it’s also one of the bonus recipes from my 8 Week Lean and Clean Program!

 

Low Carb CBD Raw Lemon Cheesecake 

(makes 18 servings)

• 3/4 cup almond meal
• 1 cup shredded coconut (+ ¼ cup for topping) 
• 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
• Juice of 2 lemons
• Zest of 2 lemons 
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted and cooled
• 2 tablespoons coconut milk
• 2 tablespoons Lakanto Maple Syrup 
• 1 serving Beam Natural CBD Oil (use code ‘jennyh’ for a 15% discount) 

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined. Line a 7″x 5″ dish with parchment paper, and add in the cheesecake mixture. Press down, then top with the extra shredded coconut. 

Will be ‘set’ after 2-3 hours, keep refrigerated.
