13 Nov Low Carb Pork and Apple Breakfast Hash
We typically never use all the apples from our annual apple picking trip, but this year I loved finding creative ways to use them in the seasonal recipes for my Lean and Clean Program! My 8 Week Lean and Clean Program runs 3 time a year, and each time I update the recipes to fit that particular season.
Another apple based favourite from this year was these Low Carb Apple Crumble Bars – I made batch after batch as they were just so good!
Apples pair so well with pork as they give a touch of acidity and sweetness to a savory dish, and this new Low Carb Pork and Apple Breakfast Hash is a simple but satisfying low carb breakfast or brunch option thats a cinch to make. We always buy our pork from Butcher Box as we know it has been fed a natural diet, has been humanely raised and tastes so much better than coventially farmed meat.
